A fitness app built for beginners or people who are interested in knowing more about training. The app can also be
used by more advanced trainers but is focused on the newer members of fitness.
BetterFit offers a wide range of different programs for your workouts that are usable at the gym or comfortably at home. One example would be ''Bodyweight Workouts'' which require no weights or machines. There will be some workouts that do require weights, like most strength training exercises. There will be a button labeled ''Start Workout'' on the bottom of the fitness section. This button should be pressed before every workout and stopped by the end of your workout. This way you can track how long you've been working out every session by checking your ''Workout Record''.
BetterFit also has it's own network which is only accessible by users of the app. It's known as ''BF Network'' short for ''BetterFit Network''. You'll be able to connect with other people, like, share and comment their posts.
You'll be able to write down notes in the app, incase you feel like tracking progress or keep something saved only in the app. The notes will be private and not be seen by the creators or users of the app.
In order to view the current weather in your location you'll have to turn on the location services on your phone. It will only show the current weather and the city has to be put in manually.
The members card primary use is for identification during discounts. You sign up for a members card simply by requesting one in the app. They don't have an expiration date and will be accessible as long as the app is in use.
