Very crazy app to open online bank account.

It does not work smoothly. Take quite some time to open the apps. Often no response for transfer and fx functions. Please improve.

extremely hard for creat a new account ,when you using ai detect for ID card ,that would just pop error for unidentified person info.Useless app service.

The online trading is always stuck, non responding, needed to force close the app and relaunch. Happens everyday in the morning at 9:30. It always kick you out when you buy/sell/ make changes with your order with the error code 500. After you re login , the list which let you choose the service for online trading froze, then you need to close it and re login AGAIN in order to make it work normally. Please fix this as this problem is occurred almost a year and still counting.
