Terrible app, terrible customer service
Have had issues with the app for over two years as the app on my phone or partners phone and older phones does not allow to pay by card, only allows payment in store. I have messeged support and had no response, multiple times over the years for many different issues with the app and the company. Subway best food, worst business, can not morally justify giving money to careless people, prefer to make my own subs now.Would rate app lower If I could, if you are planning on purchasing subway through this app save yourself the hassle and avoid.
Incorrect location directions and staff need training
The “directions” to the store I’d just ordered from sent me to an address where they hadn’t been for over a year. When I finally found the correct location the staff said I didn’t need to scan my sub card so I missed out on points. A bad experience all round and there wasn’t any other mechanism to provide this feedback or report a problem other than writing a review. It’s also a generally unfriendly app when you want to add to an order it’s just not clear and not clear how to put useful labels on favourites.
I have no problem with function of this app however, when i go to use it , it needs an update.. and always just while I’m about to pay 😥 maybe have update later available
I was at subway the other day and the app was telling me one price and the subway store was saying a totaly different price for my order
Would be good if the app worked!!! “system error - update”. Infinite loop between App Store and error message! Useless
