Springende Ergebnisse

Ich weiß nicht ob es an mir liegt aber die Pulswerte sind sehr unruhig. Mal springen sie plötzlich von 60 auf 150 und dann wieder zurück ohne erkennbare Ursache.

Really good health app with some issues

The app has got plenty of info, tips, insights, surveys and everything is made with amazing animations and nice graphics.There is a lot to read abut fighting stress and feeling better if you want to. They also provide even better insights but for a monthly subscription.Downsides for me: -Heart rate can't be measured by the Apple Watch, you have to put your finger onto the camera. This is annoying and inconvenient, especially if you have a large phone.-App for Apple Watch seems to have only the funktion to get some random push Infos about new measurements or like today I just got 8 messages.-According to the app I always have a stress level of 70 and above, even if I just woke up.-On some days I don't get a graphical summary about my stress level, even if I take a measure and also the summary won't update if I take a new measure.-The text of the tips while taking a measurement is too fast and there I now way to read it without measuring. Would love to have time to read these tips.

Schlaue App

Die Messungen und Analysen sind erstaunlich akkurat. Letzte Woche hat mich ein Trauerfall sehr mitgenommen, das war direkt sichtbar in allen Ergebnissen. Ich würde mir eine etwas andere Benutzeroberfläche wünschen, bei der ich die Parameter griffbereit habe, die mich am meisten interessieren. Auch würde ich gern den Verlauf über ein paar Wochen oder Monate auf einen Blick sehen können, nicht nur die letzten Tage. Insgesamt finde ich die App sehr gelungen und auch schön anzusehen. Die Apple Watch Messungen funktionieren hier auch prima, immer nachts automatisch, und ansonsten muss man nur ein 3minütiges “atmen” starten.
