When it works, Moovit is my favorite public transit app. The trip planning and en route ‘get off’ alerts are perfect with good GPS. Unfortunately, when waiting for a BVG bus in Berlin, the ‘next bus’ arrival time displays times for busses going in both directions, including the opposite direction of your travel. For busses, the arrival/waiting times are irrelevant, at least in Berlin. It’s very inconvenient for busses that only come every 15-20 minutes. It’s a significant problem for an otherwise great app. Also, routes do not always reflect changes due to construction. These are both likely problems with data from BVG and not the fault of Moovit.
