Refundable VAT on goods
purchased by individuals engaged in retail trade or public services in Azerbaijan (excluding oil and gas products) is
set at 15% for non - cash payments and 10% for cash payments.
Collect receipts for payments you make in retail
and public service points equipped with new generation cash registers.
30 days after receipt's date of issue, 15%
and 10% of VAT amount will be reflected on your electronic cabinet for cashless and cash payments,
respectively.
