First run done and it worked great. I’m not really into workouts, but I ran a lot earlier in life, so I decided to give it a try again, when those pesky pounds started to become visible. This one is specifically targeted for weight loss, it makes a personalized program for you, and tracks your progress. I will definitely continue using it.

I've never been a consistent person when it comes to training but this app has helped me so much. I found out that I like running much more than exercising in the gym. It motivates me to push myself by gradually giving me more difficult tasks. Downloading it was one of the best things I ever did for myself.

This app features an individualized plan which has your current weight and weight goals for input. It suggested I aim for 7 miles a week to meet my goal. After the warm up walking, it alternated between having timed brisk walking and running sessions. You can switch to playing music through your fav app while running the program.
