Its been 2 months already where I can no longer buy ticket using the app. Always shows "payment gate tempolary under maintenance" U take 2 months for the maintrnance? I have no reason to keep this app since u can no longer buy ticket.

I've been using this for some time now without any issues. However recently having issues with purchase. Twice already could not buy because could not select no. of tickets. In the end, had to buy through the website but lost good seats. Fix this please! 😡

Inefficient and unreliable. Frustrating and slow in-app purchase experience. Forces you to create an account (without a standard guest checkout option). Then, within the account, if anything goes wrong (internet connection dropsout, or you change your mind regarding payment method, the entire purchase will reset, your origonal chosen seats will be locked and you can't select them anymore. What's the point of forcing people to create an account when the app doesn't retain your purchase preference? This standard function is available on other online retail and services sites. Furthemore, all the credit card "promos" (Citi etc) will not show the discounted price until AFTER the payment is made which is ridiculous.
