With neon, you've always got your money under control. And on your smartphone. Anywhere, anytime. No base fees, no
card payments fees. Payments don't get any faster. Super simple.
ATTENTION: To use neon, you must have your
primary residential address and tax liability in Switzerland and be at least 16 years old. You also need either a Swiss
passport/ID or a B or C residence permit.
Are you ready for neon? Only 10 minutes of your time for opening an
accoun and all 100% paperless. Download the app, enter your personal info and show your ID in a quick video call.
Afterwards, we need 2-3 working days to check and activate your account.
It's obvious, but we'll point it out
anyway: your money is safe. Log in with your personal login code, fingerprint or face ID. Authorise payments with a
separate transaction PIN. And because your account is with Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, it's protected by Swiss deposit
insurance up to 100,000 CHF. Just like any other Swiss bank.

Cannot login. This morning the app requested the code instrad of the fingerprint. I could not login. Tried multiple times. Updated the app. Restarted tablet. De-installed Re-installed. Restarted tablet again. Tried to login each time. It did not work. Today is my pay day. Please fix it quickly! I am otherwise very happy with neon.

Mostly works. Some sharp corners, some spam, but overall it is a good value for the price :).

It use to be great.. but since some months, everytime I need to access my account urgently, the app has server connection problems and there is no way to login.
