Not a user friendly site and when making enquiries tend to get no answer or people not knowing what they're doing.

Worst customer service of any provider I've been with. To top it off, this app doesn't work when they have your data restricted, which is the only time anyone would need to log on to use the app - pay bills/customer service etc..
