Check to ensure you are keeping up to your planned progress.
Check your progress at least 3 times during the day.
By the end of the day, aim at a blank app.
Touch the + sign to add notes.
Choose priority of task by assigning a number.
Save using the icon at the top right hand of the app.
When task is completed, delete by swiping the note either to the right or the left.
Achieving simple tasks helps you feel energised and happy to progress.
