With the HSL app you can buy tickets for Helsinki region public transport, find the best routes and get targeted
traffic information. In the HSL app you will find e.g. single, day and season tickets for both adults and children. Bus,
train, metro, tram and ferry – all with the same app. You can pay easily e.g. with a payment card.
In addition to
tickets, there is also a journey planner in the HSL app. Journey planner tells you e.g. the best route and the ticket,
which is needed for the route. In the HSL app, you can also see up-to-date transport information for the areas and lines
you have selected.

The app keeps on asking to put on automatic Wi-Fi scanning on every single time I open the app. If I don't keep it on (I don't because it's annoying) the app shows my location over 1km off. This is when other apps show my location accurately and I even give HSL the permission to have my location at all times when the application is not running. Otherwise excellent and necessary for everyday travels. Will put 5 stars when the above-mentioned are fixed.

First time I rate an app ever just to say that I can't PAY I get errors while I could pay on other apps (VR, Nysse,. .. etc ) the same day it sucks when you need to get on the bus but can't because of it and thus get late or waste time! Please fix it

Does not allow taking screenshots of the map view / timetable anymore. Will stop using unless fixed. I want to share my ETA via screenshots.

Used to buy all random one way tickets with app. Now I have tried and unsucceed dozen times to buy tickets in advance. Always have to go through bank identification and then when returning to app it gives me one info PROTOCOL TRANSACTION STATE(?!) and then bubkiss. I try again. And again. And then I go and by my ticket from the machine. I understand there is some new protocol and I should identify myself more frequently but this doesn't seem to be working at all. And yes I have updated the app.

Many times I tried to buy a ticket and it asked me my bank approved, I did that, it took the money from my account, but the ticket doesn't show in my app, its like I haven't bought any ticket!
