I don't understand why it doesn't work without WiFi - I have great mobile coverage but it simply doesn't work - and when I am in a store looking at wine selections that is exactly when I want it to work not when I am at home on WiFi. Am I missing something - I have checked the setting and been online but I cannot find any FAQ's that would help!! It seems crazy that something as simple doesn't work - if it is a problem with the photo image being scanned why not revert to a bar code scanner as an option??
