Sent a message relative to the above mentioned items which arrived in the islandSince 2019-11-01. I have not receive package as yet. Sent a message and none had the decency to respond as to the nature of the package...Just want to know when and how much longer I have to wait.
Pre-alerts do not work
It’s been over a year now. I do not think you listen to customer feedbacks. We have been complaining that pre-alerts within the app does not work and that cry is being ignored. I give a one star rating
Still needs work
This app has never worked properly for me. I’m unable to create pre-alerts from Amazon.com as the app first failed to recognise the tracking number on the order detail page, and now seems not to recognise the delivery address as matching that for my Aeropost account. Additionally, when I try to attach an invoice to a prealert, the app crashes. I’ve written for support, and had no response, so this gets only 1 star from me. I’ll stock with the old app for now.
Before the most recent updates the Amazon prealerts was working faultlessly. Not any moreKeep getting message the address on the account does not made package address WRONG MESSAGE It needs to be fixed
