Love the app to easily track my food patterns. I like that you are responsible for marking if you are on track or off path. It helps you be held accountable for your actions and decisions. It is very simple to use. You can add comments so if you eat something off path you could add a note what was happening how were you feeling when you are it. This helps you figure out some triggers for yourself. Would recommend the app to others.

I love this app!!! Makes it so easy to see if you're on track with your diet! Feature request: would be great to have a monthly calendar where you get a dot if you're on track for 100% of the day!!! That would make this app the perfect accountability companion!!!! 🤩🤩🤩
