my therapist suggested i start tracking my moods. i found this app and loved it! i haven't used it in a while but it lets you do a lot without having to buy in app purchases.

I love this app

I love this app so much as someone who has negative, irrational thoughts. This is great. I had a negative thought, and I usually just spiral with this app. I put it into a category that the app gives, such as jumping to conclusions, and I was able to self-soothe. I’ve downloaded many mental health apps to see which one is the best. This one is definitely the best!

factual and evidence based

I have recommended this app to everyone I know, only good can come out of using this app! The amount of information that is given in response to an issue is far more than any counseling sessions I’ve been to. I’m not saying to bypass any professional help, but this is an AMAZING opportunity to have everything you could possibly need to learn our behaviors good and not so good and how we can fix them. Good luck! This is a mental goldmine! Great job creating this tool for us to use during this hard COVID-19 epidemic. God bless and Jesus loves us all🥰

I love it

This app really help me with all my emotions and my feelings. I really recommend this app, and also let me to express whatever i feel and bother me and i can clean my mind and my thoughts with that.

Helpful but could be even better

It helps me feel better but I would appreciate more variety in their journal and skill offerings. It would be cool if it had a little course you could work on.
