this is a great one for people who are in therapy

my therapist recommended me to get an app that tracks my emotions, and i have to say i have tried many but i think this one is one of the best. it helps me reframe my thinking and it’s not just a notes app. it gives you tools to fix things and helps you get over them in your head

Terrific for making a habit of CBT

For me this has been an excellent suite of tools for recording and analyzing my thoughts, working through distortions, and practicing gratitude. Worth a try if you are looking for a convenient way to practice CBT.

A good purchase to improve my mental health.

I appreciate the guided thinking exercises because I know my thoughts are messed up but I do not know how to challenge them on my own. This app won’t solve your problems but it may make you less preoccupied with nasty thoughts. I know I feel a relief when I go through an exercise and see things from another angle. I was a little worried about having to pay for the app, but it has been worth it. It is much cheaper than my therapy appointments, though of course, I won’t be getting rid of those anytime soon. This app actually is a helpful tool for talking to my counselor.

MoodTools is better

I prefer this company’s other app called “MoodTools” because the layout is more simple and clear. This app requires way too much scrolling. Also there’s a lot of times where text/icons are overlapping on to each other.
