My son made unapproved purchases on the app so I informed them so they could return the money if they describe his account, but they blocked his account and kept my money. So they took the purchased product back and then proceeded not to return my money for the revoked purchase. That is theft! I will warn everybody about this app until my problem is addressed. Customer service never responded to my, and this shows their lack of customers care! Do not trust them, do not buy any extras, and stay away from this company at all cost!
