The app keeps crashing. It asks me for all my information over and over again with the message “Error, please try again”. I tried deleting the app, turning my phone off then reinstalling (as I was instructed to do) but nothing seems to work - it sometimes works for a couple of minutes then crashes again.

Ehteraz is mandatory for you to move anywhere in Qatar: hotels supermarkets malls anywhere. So if it stops working the technical help at 109 should be fast and efficient. Which is not the case at all. It has been 24 hours that i am fighting with the app and it is resetting every time. The technical team asked me to try everything you can imagine including removing app restarting and reinstalling (8 times!!!). They even told me to wait 3 hours before reinstalling... really? What if i need to move?! Oh and the calls on 109 consumed my credits: yeah it’s not free at all. Finally they asked me to put a friend’s number instead of mine in the “settings” to get the OTP (one time password for activation) on his mobile. It worked until today... now it stopped again. What am i supposed to do? Ask my friends every time??? What if i was coming back to my hotel at midnight? Who should i call? Frankly this is the most annoying thing happening. The technical team should understand that this is no joke! This is an EMERGENCY issue.

Randomly deletes profile, impossible to get it back, and absolutely no help from customer service. Going on 4 days without my profile
