The app has not loaded a horoscope for about a week, giving an error message. Yet I’m stil changed and receiving notifications for a horoscope I’m not receiving. The grammar errors are also disappointing and confusing at times.

I need a refund from the last 3 weeks. Initially I lovvved the content, it was insightful and thorough. For the past three weeks, of it’s not an error message it’s ONE sentence. I need my money back.

App’s daily horoscope page hasn’t been working for days if not over a week already and nothing is being done. Feel silly for having paid. 🥴

So last year I used this app retry regularly and never had any issues. Since the new year I’ve had nothing but problems. The first week in the new year it would not show me anything-I kept receiving an error message. I finally was able to get on however, my yearly horoscope is still set for 2020? I’ve already lived through 2020 I don’t need that. I also noticed that my horoscope for this weekend is like one-two sentences? I feel like the writers of these things are lazy this year. I really hate the idea of canceling my subscription, because this has been my favorite app I have found and it was great in 2020. But this is just lazy and pointless so far in 2021. I also reached out to customer service about this and have yet to receive a response.
