You need to contact your customers or have a better system so when a problem occurs we can actually get a call back from customer service and have any and all issues resolved promptly. I have been waiting 5 days for a actual person to contact me back that’s not ok to just basically ignore a customer with a serious problem with an order that has financial and shipping $ issues and not honoring promo codes etc. this is why you would get bad reviews. Hopefully you contact me soon and we can fix the problem and then I can give you a better rating but this point you took all my money I haven’t even gotten one product yet or spoken to you so as of now this is where were at.
I order from Wish so I thought I would give Home a chance. I ordered what I thought what a sheet set, I got the top sheet and two pillow cases. My next mistake was think I was ordering the comforter, it was as thin as the sheet, you knew what you were shipping bcz there were two pillow shams. For the time it took to get here and believe my disbelief, I will never order from you again. Why ask us to take pictures, we have the order confirmation and can tell you what else got further more you know what was shipped. You wanna do you costumers right , for me for the almost three months it took the get here, my time and money I would like the Duvet for a complimentary apology. You know it’s not going to cost you much!!!! Make your customers priority. We trust when we send our money even if it’s only a dollar. !!!!!! I don’t know about the rest of your customers but I work hard for my money not to be jerked around. So thank Wish for the introduction
