Falling behind

A lot of the competing fasting apps have been catching up lately.Additionally, the Apple Watch component is practically abandoned. The complication doesn’t even show any data when the always-on display is in a dormant state. It just appears blank. I’ve never seen this behavior in any other app.

Please get a widget pt.2

Is really a nice app I prefer this than zero but they have the widget app and might switch back it’s more convenient.This app is the best had to give it 5 stars, they heard us and that’s what I call good customer service. App is beautiful, now I can delete zero and get ready to fast properly and also look at my phone smiling doing it. Guys at SIMPLE thank you. Zero app made me gain weight cause of the layout LOL!

Sensacional!

Llebo 4 dias ayunando y eh bajado 4 libras! No me siento débil, no me siento con hambre , esta aplicación me ayudado a organizarme bien con las horas quedebo comer! Me gusta mucho saber en qué estado está mi cuerpo con el ayuno y eso hace que me dé más ganas de llegar a la meta!

I love this app!!

I don’t even have the subscription version so I don’t have to pay anything and still enjoy many benefits from this app! I never wrote reviews but I want people to know how much I actually have benefited from this app. I love getting the encouraging notifications that tell me when I enter a new fasting state, it’s really motivating for me. It also makes me feel good when I log my meals and it congratulates me for complete info my fast. I have been using this app for several months now(I got it in the beginning of quarantine) and have lost a lot weight and am very close to my goal! This app is very encouraging and motivating and so don’t think so would've stuck to IF for so long without it. I also love the free insights that are very helpful and motivating as well! Highly recommend!
