Update - As of 11-2.0-21, the app continues to have the same issues.As of the date of this review I’m using an iPhone 11, with latest iOS, and latest version of the app. The app is always crashing. I’ve had the App for about 2 years and it’s done the same thing throughout the years.

The app is where I get our bills. Anytime i open it up I have to go in several times for it to stay open. It constantly crashes - over and over. Needs some work on the software side.

I was surprised to learn the app lost all the data from previous years and then it stopped working after many years. All this happened after the power meter was substituted because an upgrade project from pedernales electric. Not sure the relationship but the ose are the facts.
