Welcome! Thank you for finding your way to our Start 2 Run app. If you are looking for a handy app that guides you during your workouts, is easy to use and contains great motivational words and tips to really enjoy running, then you've come to the right place.
We are ready to guide you to (your first) 5km, 10 km, 10 miles or maybe even a (half) marathon. We ensure that you achieve your goal. The training schedules in the app are prepared by experienced sports coaches at Energy Lab. Choose the schedule that suits you, and your coach will tell you when to speed up or slow down. Following a schedule will help you build up in a responsible manner, reducing your risk of injury. The extra tips that you will hear during the training help to improve your running posture and make the right food & drink choices before, during and after your training. Your coach is your personal trainer, your digital running friend who is always ready to train together.
Did you know that our coaches also recorded thousands of first names, so that you can also hear personalised encouragements during the training. “Come on, Sarah, hang on for a while” or “I'm proud of you, Chris”. Find out for yourself whether your name is already available.
You are not alone, in addition to the Start 2 Run app, there is also an active Start 2 Run community on Facebook and Instagram. Exchange experiences, motivate each other, or find the answer to all your running questions.
Combine your workouts with your favourite music, or let me inspire you through my Spotify playlists. Let yourself be carried away by the music and enjoy your sports moment. You might experience a runner's high, if you're lucky!
The Start 2 Run app is available for Apple Watch and can be coupled to the Apple Health app.
Your Start 2 Run training sessions can be synchronised with Apple Health.
Get access to all training plans with a monthly or annual subscription. As a new customer you get a 1 week free trial to try out the app. You can start and manage this subscription via your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The extension will be charged to your account during the last 24 hours.
Or use the free version of the app to register and keep track of free workouts in your training diary.
