Great app for tracking

Easy to use, tons of features, responsive authors. I’ve tried many apps but I’ve always come back to Strong.

Best so far

This is the best app I’ve found so far to log workouts or exercises. It logs cardio and resistance training. It allows you to log exercise A in pounds and exercise B in kilograms in the same workout. This app does a plethora of things well. If I could add anything, it would be the ability to log bands and some of the specialty bars (Safety Squat, American, Buffalo, etc.). It’s a great app.

Best Training Log in the App Store!!!

I have used, or tried nearly every training log available and "Strong" is, for my needs, hands down the best. I can't believe how easy it is to navigate. It has everything that you need and no extraneous nonsense!
