Falsified nutrition data
I bought the app thinking it would help me eat healthier and I could keep track of my nutrient intake. Was I ever wrong!!?? If I scan a barcode of different products in my home, the nutrition profile often does not correspond with the actual nutritional data. How can a space of white bread contain 74% Thiamine? It’s not just user foods that are wrong. Their USDA data is also wrong. Moreover, after spending time creating my own recipes to make daily tracking easier, it won’t let you add the recipe to your food diary. What a crock!
Extremely helpful app for tracking nutrients!!
I’m an online fitness coach and I like to do nutrient analyses for my clients based off what a full day of eating looks like. I Input their food for a day and this app gives me a full break down of how their micro nutrients add up. The app gives options for foods that are high in certain nutrients so I can easily recommend them to clients so they can fill any nutrient deficits. I love how in-depth it goes with so many nutrients. Several times more data than MFP. The user friendliness of the app could be a lot better, but overall the app does exactly what I want and makes my job so much easier.
This app doesn’t perform more than half of the time. Most of the features don’t work at all. Really bummed.
Bet it would be nice
If it worked. Nonstop crashing on XS Max. Can’t even enter what I ate without crash. What a waste of money.
Not good for Keto trackers. Great idea but execution is a little buggy/confusing...
Some parts of the user interface could be improved to make navigation smoother. I’ve been using this app on and off for a while and realized there is a bit of discrepancy with nutritional values when I started Keto diet. It’s pretty cool that the nutritional value % for food is personalized but the numbers are always off for me and you cannot customize the nutritional value of a food item that already exists... example, net carbs for 1 whole avocado is around 29g(from google). It shows up as 44%total carbs and 26% net carbs in the app. When I click the eat button, it now shows the avocado(just avocado not my carb count for the day)as 122% of my net carbs intake as opposed to the 26%. There isn’t an option to adjust this from my end in my own entry. When I search for an item in the app, I am also unable to see the actual amount as it just shows the percentage based on my personal diet goal. Scanning barcode is nice but you are basically at the mercy of the first person who entered the item manually into the app. A lot of the items I scanned showed up but the nutritional facts were off and I can’t edit it so I just create my own food without scanning the item. Kind of defeated the purpose. I love that this app allows you to track way more than just carbs and calories but I unfortunately cannot keep using it since the tracking is off so it kind of made this app useless for me... 🤷🏻♀️PLEASE fix this app.... I love it but cannot use it
