2. Fill short application form
After downloading our app, choose how much money you need and sign up with Zenka.

3. Receive money on your M-Pesa account
Your application will be evaluated and when it is approved, you will receive money on your M-Pesa account.

4. Need additional financing?
Make use of our flexible additional amount feature that allows you to top up your existing loan with extra cash, up to your current credit limit.

5. Need more time to repay?
Loan extensions give you more control over your loan by letting you postpone your due date by 7, 14 or 30 days.

6. Repay on time and build a positive credit history

How to register with Zenka?

Once you’ve installed the Zenka App, kindly follow these steps:

1. Start the application,
2. Choose your loan amount and term on the sliders,
3. Click on "Apply for loan",
4. On the next screen please click on "Sign up",
5. Enter your first name, last name and National ID
6. Choose a security question and enter your answer,
7. Enter a 4-digit PIN number,
8. Follow the link and read our Terms and Conditions,
9. Click on "Agree and sign up" and you will receive an SMS with a 4-digit verification code,
10. Check if the code is auto filled or Input the code and click "Done".

You’ve just successfully registered with Zenka and can proceed with the loan application. It is simple and takes only a couple of minutes of your time!
