Meh

It’s not as useful once you realize you can’t use ink without spending 30 dollars.

Not very fluid

I really like the app and has been using it for a few years now. Lately, I’ve realized that the PDF experience is lacking behind competitors. Whenever I scroll the PDF, the content becomes blurry and takes a bit of time to correct itself. If I do not release MY finger when scrolling (which is what I do when I read back and forth) content never becomes sharp. This doesn’t happen in any other apps such as PDF Expert or Marginnote. I am on an iPad Pro so I don’t think this is rekated to my device’s memory.

Excellent Concept but lacks quality writing functionality

Love the app, excellent in concept and works great for highlighting, taking excerpts, exporting notes/highlights, etc. But whenever I try to take a written note, it “changes” as I’m writing and looks like I was running out of ink or not making full contact with the iPad. There are small portions of letters missing. I see it letters completely written then parts of them disappear. Looks like some kind of sync issue. Doesn’t happen on my GoodNotes or OneNote apps. I hope LiquidText fixes the issue.

Amazing

‘Amazing

a debilitating feature

Features that support highlight pinching, text excerpting, multiple document viewing are extremely good.Unfortunately, it is very bad at importing documents with annotations. It simply does not import handwritten notes from other apps, such as Readdle’s PDF Expert. All handwritten notes simply disappear in LiquidText after importing! That is debilitating when you need to smoothly transition between apps.edit: it’s even worse... as Liquid Text saved its version of the pdf in the same file, it actually WIPED OUT ALL of my handwritten notes that I had made with PDF Expert !! one star
