During hypnosis and through positive affirmations, Kim Fleckenstein uses the power of your subconscious mind to help you develop greater resilience and a life-affirming outlook - and thereby become more resistant to mental stresses. With every repetition, this coaching further reinforces your ability to deliver a definitive "stop!" to any mental, physical or psychological exploitation. You will learn to be proactive instead of reactive and to differentiate better between acceptable and unacceptable situations, in order to be able to clearly and precisely say ''no''.

Kim Fleckenstein is a certified alternative practitioner in psychotherapy, a clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP-Master-Coach. Her unique technique and self experiences have helped to create the special character and heart of her recordings.
