A really simple workout timer with a huge display. Use it for HiiT, Tabata, MetCon, CrossFit or any interval training.
Just 3 screens, it's that simple:
Get started in seconds by setting your workout times:
- Start - countdown before the workout starts
- Work - time to get sweaty
- Rest - take a breather or set it to zero if you're hard core
- Rounds - set how much hell you want to put yourself through
A huge view showing:
- number of minutes and seconds remaining for the current timer
- current round / total rounds
Tap the timer screen when you need to take control:
- pause workout
- rewind/skip workout rounds
- finish your workout
When the workout's finished use the control screen to rewind if you fancy a few more rounds or even repeat the whole
The App will let you know your total workout time when you've finished.
