Yandex.Taxi is a mobile app bringing you rides on demand. It’s a preferred alternative to personal car ownership for many people. With just a couple of taps on your mobile phone, you can track your car from the moment you place the order til the time you reach your destination. No calls required, no worries about parking or refueling. We operate in 15 countries, and constantly work to serve new countries, cities, and towns.
• AFFORDABLE RATES
Choose the level of service that best suits you. “Economy” is for budget rides on any ordinary day. “Comfort” and
“Comfort+” are for giving yourself a break in a spacious car. "Business" fare is perfect if you're planning a trip to
the airport, to the office, or to a business meeting. "Premium" fare offers flagship cars and drivers with a high
rating, but you can go beyond that and order "Ultima", which is a Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. “Minivan” is for travelling
with a large group, transporting skis or a bicycle, or simply going to the airport with a lot of luggage. Rates and
available tariffs vary depending on location, but you always see an exact price (or a fair estimate) before you order a
ride.
Safe rides and customer feedback
Enjoy safe and reliable service by experienced drivers. You can influence the quality of our service by rating each ride, and you are always welcome to reward your driver with a tip.
• PAY EASILY WITH CARD OR CASH
If you link your card to the app, it will pay for your rides automatically. Our drivers also accept cash if you choose this payment method in the app. Payment method availability may vary depending on location.
• AN INTELLIGENT APP FOR GETTING AROUND TOWN
Yandex.Taxi uses smart algorithms that account for live traffic to connect you with the driver positioned to reach you most quickly. Depending on where you are, the app will suggest alternative pickup points to make your ride cheaper.
The app offers you destinations based on your travel history, so you can choose your regular destination in just one tap. Yandex.Taxi can learn that you go home from work every evening, for example, so your home address will be the first suggested destination at the end of a workday.
• TRIPS WITH MULTIPLE STOPS
You can choose multiple destinations in the app if you drop your kids off at school, pick up a friend at home, and do some shopping. The app will plan the complete route for the driver and calculate the price for your entire trip.
• CHILDREN’S CAR SEATS
Enjoy a safe trip with your child by ordering a car with a baby seat or booster seat with the “Kids” tariff. This tariff is currently available in the capital cities of Armenia, Georgia, Estonia, as well as ten cities across Russia.
