Our fitness programs are for beginners to advanced done in as little as 15 minutes, 3-4 times a week. Lindsay Brin, C.P.T. & B.S.E. Exercise Science, is an international author, contributor to Fit Pregnancy magazine, Parents magazine, Iron Woman, Mom & Baby magazine, Fitness, Conceive and many more. She has choreographed over 600 video workouts designed just for moms.
Specializing in prenatal and postnatal fitness programs, her research and programs have been used by fitness organizations to not only teach, but certify other fitness professionals. This Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist course is rooted in research, science and helping women find confidence & strength in themselves.
