Our low impact, high intensity online classes use elements of ballet conditioning, pilates and light weight work set to upbeat music for an empowering and intense total body, workout. Each class flows through a quick progression of exercises designed to isolate and transform your arms, thighs, seat, and abs. Using your own body weight and a variety of equipment, you will work the muscles to fatigue in order to achieve strength, length, and an overall leaner physique.
