Why is it I can’t use my online mobile banking?
It takes a lot of time to load and sometimes it even brings me back to the login page. It’s so inconvenient when I need to quickly send or accept money or even transfer between my accounts
I don’t have the ability to go into a branch regularly as the closest one to me is 45min away. I have cheque’s in US funds and I have a US fund account yet no mobile banking exists for this. Due to the short hours the branch nearest to me is open I have had to put in for getting new cheque’s from my employer as they expire after 180days. If I can have a US fund account I should be able to deposit to it just lime my other accounts
