Useless App, Waste of Time
Used this app, inputted my address. App searched for a branch. Confirmed my order. Then ten minutes later, Tiendesitas branch calls me saying they do not serve the area anymore. Capitol Commons is the nearest and that serves my area. But that I should use Grab because they do not deliver. As the app asks for the address and then identifies the branches that serves each area, this should have informed me immediately that they changed the locations being served due to a new branch that DOES NOT DELIVER. If you are using an app, make sure someone updates it in real time.Also teach your Tiendesitas branch Manager better customer service. He was talking to me on the phone and another person on site, the noise was too much in the background and instead of looking at other nearby options that might serve my area just told me to book a Grab then put down the phone 🙄
First time I used it last week. The add to cart process is easy but when I clicked on the process order it says the delivery time cannot be computed (something like that). So there’s no confirmation message if it was successful or what. BK developer, Hope you could include that in your app enhancement.

App is too limited. Only to order. No feature for customer service to lodge for complaints whatsoever.
Finally a Burger King app. Just used it for the 1st time. Great app. Simple, efficient and fast. Great job to the developer. Please don’t change anything... just the order tracking seems not to work perfectly. In my case, tracking said ´order in kitchen’ and the delivery guy was already knocking at my door. But thank you for this app...
