The old app worked fine on 3g and 4g, this one just works on WiFi. If I try to use it on mobile data I get the “Oops, something went wrong” error. I have it enabled for mobile data and all my other apps work on it, just not this one. It’s a good app on WiFi but of no use otherwise.
But not working on 4G for me. My setup is right.
Since the app update, there’s a notification on my phone that won’t go away! Can you do something centrally your clear it!? I’ve tried everythingThanks for your reply. The app isn’t visible in Notifications so I can’t change it! Any advice?
App asks me to agree to T&Cs on website when logging in. I can’t find on website where this can be done. Very frustrating.
