This is a fantastic app. I’m not so much into fasting, but I use it to help prevent late-night snacking. It keeps me from eating munchies. I love it.
Simply using a calendar and setting two daily reminders will do what this app does. The rest of the bells and whistles in this Zero app are just pointless. When Zero was new, it’s developers packed some useful features into it. Now, Zero has lost these features, has been unresponsive to user feedback in its own forums, and wants to charge too much money for Zero Plus, which has nothing that isn’t already available elsewhere for free. Skip this app. Put down this iPhone. Have a great day.

I work from 9:00am to 6:30pm. There is no way that I could get home and finish eating by 7:30. I’m using getting home at around that time. I’m glad you can customize options but all I’m seeing are 8:16 or more. The other apps I have seen had a 14:10 option. The works best for me. Please offer more options for people who work hours other than 9-5.
