entirely from scratch on solid foundations. Which means your new app is ready for the future!
Scanning instead of filling in!
• Need to pay a bill? Simply scan the transfer slip and the app will do the rest!
• Need to pay a friend? Scan their debit card and the app will save their details for you.
• And to activate the app itself, simply scan your own ING debit card when logging in for the first time.
Why two apps?
The new app is currently optimised for daily banking, letting you carry out the most common transactions simply and wherever and whenever you want. But some of the features of our current ING Smart Banking app still have to be integrated, including support for our business customers, ING Smart Banking will still be available for the time being. But rest assured: it won’t be long before all our customers will be able to do all their banking in the new ING Banking app.
