We’ll help you work out what a healthy weight is for you using our BMI calculator and advise the level of calories you should be eating each day to get there.
Each week has an information guide with actions, hints and tips for reaching your goal. To keep track of your progress you can input the calories you eat each day using our diary and enter your weight at the start and end of each week.
We’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you achieve real change, picking you up when you stumble and celebrating your successes.
Needs some minor improvements. After entering end of week results I still get notifications to do so which iis annoying. I cannot find a way to delete an entry if I enter on the wrong day. Cannot open a previous day to add some forgotten details. Otherwise, I like the app and it provides a decent template to monitor progress. Perhaps it should, with user permission, link to your medical record/GP surgery?
