I’ve always had the flybuys widget on the iPhone - and worked great! But all of a sudden the bar code no longer works?!?!? What’s happening there. The app is horrible at the checkout - takes ages; logs you out.... sighCome on guys - catch upAnd is there something extra I need to do to get the bar code to appear on widgets again? The Flybuys widget card in iOS 14.3 has stop working. It’s really annoying as there is no longer a quick way to access my card barcode on my iPhone in stores. To try and solve the “Unable to load” widget error, I’ve signed out of app and even deleted and reinstalled app. If you had Apple wallet support (which has been promised for many many months), this wouldn’t be an issue. Competitors app is far superior.

I click on “Redeem” then “I want flybuy dollars” but nothing happens

Since last update, the barcode has disappeared from the Apple widget (shows blank screen). Please fix, thanks.

What a pain that everytime there is a new update, you get logged out! And have to sign back in! How often do I use my flybuys login password? Every time I need to use it in the shop, I can see it’s been logged out and when I try to log back in, obviously I can’t as the password I had selected for this app was during the last time I used it so ages ago! Not forgetting it needed to have all the stuff, numbers, characters, capital letters etc as well so it was accepted by the app. So not an easy one to remember! You either need to reduce the frequency of these updates or just don’t logged out people when the update is done.
