Developed by the National University Health System (NUHS) and Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS) Pte
Ltd, users will be able to manage their appointments under the following institutions:
• National University
Hospital
• Ng Teng Fong General Hospital
• Alexandra Hospital
• Jurong Community Hospital
• National
University Polyclinics
• National University Heart Centre, Singapore
• National University Cancer Institute,
Singapore
• Jurong Medical Centre
In the preliminary launch, patients will be able to:
• Manage their appointments
• Register on the go and
check their queue status
• Request for medication refills or top-ups
• Receive notifications for appointment
reminders
• Access the app using their biometric data such as fingerprint and facial recognition
• Pre-fill
their appointment and medication request forms with their contact details once 'My Profile' has been set up
In addition, patients and their caregivers can look forward to the following features by mid-2021:
• Linked to
'MyInfo' in SingPass for a more convenient set up of 'My Profile'
• Enable caregiver to access functions of the
app
• Pay outstanding bills
• View health records such as lab test results, immunisation and prescription
records
• Request for medical report, and complete payment
• Interact with our chatbot to obtain commonly
asked operating information, as well as appointment, finance and medical report-related information
• Obtain
recommendations on health screening and immunisations based on their demographics and health status

The app can only manage self appointment. Maybe can look into having dependents under parents into the app to manage kids appointment. Eg. health hub app, once log in, we can view our own and kids appointment date by clicking their profile. Nevertheless it’s a good approach to have this app. Still have room for improvement.

Very intuitive app to manage my appointment and get a queue number plus monitoring my queue status. Easy to use.
