Worst app ever! When you sign-up using your facebook account, it will not show up on their system. I called customer care and hey said that they will call me within the day. I used the app, because of the convenience of booking. Well, it only shows that the rating and reviews here are true. This app is USELESS! WHAT IT’S BEEN A YEAR SINCE THIS APP WAS UPDATED??? you got a lot of money to spend on your developers.
Can’t even book and pay for my chosen seats
I availed of their VIP membership. But I can’t even use the wallet if I use their website. The website is faster but it does not allow me to pay using my Eload. Only option is to pay with a cc or grabpay. The app connection is horrible. Takes forever to load and then when you’re paying for the seats you’ve chosen it shows that there is something wrong. So you reload and voila! Your chosen seats have been taken by someone else. Do something about this. It’s annoying.
Waste of time.

Horrible App from a Multi Billion Company
This is the worst app ever. I purchased the VIP member and reloaded my e-wallet. When trying to book a seat and proceeding to payment, it returned error messages such as “something went wrong...”, “authentication failed...” etc. plus this app is suuuuuperrr slow...it will take you few minutes to load your profile, movie listings, etc. my goodness! From a Company this big I am not expecting this.

Im happy that i can conveniently check seat availability in different branches and purchase tix ahead of time. It would, though, take a lot of patience to complete my transaction (like from checking seat availability, topping up my balance, up to buying the tix) because the app is really slow when toggling from one tab to another. This is regardless of my internet speed :(
